The holidays are upon us. This, of course, means lots of time spent with family (including the chosen ones), there will be some over eating and well, lots of shopping. As for shopping, we all know there are tons of places to choose from when deciding where to spend our money and any shopping pro will tell you to skip the lines and get your selections online. Here we've compiled our favorite things from our favorite online and local businesses. Happy Holidays and be sure to share your favorites.

The tee shirt and sweatshirt selections are especially to die for. Make a statement and wear one of their politically charged wears.

I’m an androgynous presenting lesbian. I love all things feminine and masculine and this brand particularly caters to my more masculine eye. The brand's website is currently being updated but hit up their IG for a taste of their merchandise and style.

God Is Dope

Atlanta is chalk-full of cool shops and boutiques. One of these many spots include an Old Fourth Ward staple, God Is Dope. I have my eye on their fitted hit; I recommend snagging one of these fly hat for the holidays. See their merch here.

 Su Ella

Get wears for the ninos and ninas. Really cute wears for the little ones and stylish tees repping the likes of Selena and Frida.

SassyBlack's Blackest Winter

We rock hard with SassyBlack, formerly of the group THEESatisfaction. Cop her holiday compilation (you can also send to a friend as a gift). Also, check out THEESatisfaction's video "Recognition."

Your Local Bookstore

Reading is by far one of my favorite pastimes. I get lost reading for hours, for days. This year, there were a slew of great reads including Roxanne Gay's "Hunger" and Jacqueline Woodson's "Another Brooklyn." Check out this list of books written this year by women of color and be sure to hit up your local bookstore and support the authors as well as your local small businesses.
